Unfortunately, some changes were made to the aforementioned states’ gaming laws recently, and these states do not allow their residents to play cash rummy games online anymore. In compliance with these states’ laws, we have made changes to our services and have stopped offering cash rummy games and tournaments to players residing in or logging in from these states

Please follow the steps below to upload your ID/Address proof to your Junglee Rummy account:

Step 1: Log in to your Junglee Rummy account.

Step 2: Click on “My Account” --> “My Profile” --> “Upload Documents.”

Step 3: If you are uploading your ID, enter your ID number, i.e. your PAN card, Aadhaar card or Passport number.

Step 4: Click on “Select File” and Upload an image/document not more than 3 MB in size in .jpg, or .png format and click on “Save.”

Step 5: If you are uploading your Address proof, enter your address proof number, i.e. your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Ration Card or Bank Account number.

Step 6: Click on “Select File” and Upload an image not more than 3 MB in size in .jpg or .png format and click on “Save.”

If you are a cash player on Junglee Rummy, your account balance is divided into two accounts: Deposit Account Balance and Withdrawable Account Balance.

Deposit Account Balance includes the amount that you are left with after making a deposit (Add Cash) and playing cash games with it.

Withdrawable balance is the net winnings that you have earned after your gameplay activity. The definition of net winnings is as follows:

Net Winnings for a Cash Game: Prize Pool of the Game – Entry Fee Paid by the Winner – Platform Fee

Net Winnings for a Tournament: Prize Amount for the Winning Rank.

Log in to your account and hover over the “Cash” tab in the game lobby to view the Deposit Balance and Withdrawable Balance. On the app or mobile, you need to tap on the “Cash” icon to view the same.

Steps for Withdrawal on the Web

• Once you login, you will be taken to the game lobby.
• Go to the “Account” page and click on the “Withdrawals” tab.
• Enter the amount (minimum Rs. 100) you wish to withdraw. Please note that the amount you enter must not be greater than your Withdrawable Balance.

Steps for Withdrawal on the Mobile

• Tap the “Menu” icon and select the “Withdrawals” option.
• Click on the “Request withdrawal.”
• Enter the amount (minimum Rs. 100) you wish to withdraw. The amount you enter should not be greater than your Withdrawable Balance.

Please keep the following points in mind to avoid the rejection of your withdrawal requests:

• Ensure that your KYC is verified.
• Withdrawals from the accounts of players living in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland or Telangana are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only if valid identification is provided. Also, providing PAN is mandatory to be able to place a withdrawal request.

If you make a deposit using the correct bonus code applicable and are eligible for a bonus, your bonus is automatically added to your Deposit Balance. It is very easy to add cash to your account on the Junglee Rummy website. Follow the steps below to add cash to your Junglee Rummy account:

1. Log in to your account and click on the “My Account” tab.
2. Enter the amount of your choice (it should be more than Rs. 25).
3. Enter the bonus code, if you have any. You can also pick the bonus code by clicking on the drop-down button.
4. Click on “Continue.”
5. Pick the mode of online transactions – credit card, debit card, net banking, e-wallet, or UPI. Enter your bank details and click on “Pay Now” to complete the transaction.

It is very easy to withdraw cash from your Junglee Rummy account. You can only withdraw an amount that is equal to or less than the amount shown as your Withdrawable Balance. Please note that your Withdrawable Balance should be Rs. 100 or more for a successful withdrawal request.

Follow the steps below to withdraw cash from your account:

• Log in to your account and click on “My Account.”
• Click on the “Withdrawals” option.
• Enter the amount, fill in your bank details/UPI details, and complete your KYC (if not already done).
• Click on “Continue.”

You can withdraw a minimum amount of Rs. 100 from your Junglee Rummy account.

Note: The minimum withdrawable amount must be ₹100.

For placing a successful withdrawal request, a user has to be KYC approved(ID & Address), and the user’s mobile number must be verified. PAN (Permanent Account Number) verification is also mandatory.

Step 1: Go to the Junglee Rummy game lobby and click on “Tournaments.”

Step 2: Under “Tournaments,” you will find 3 sections: “All,” “Free” and “Cash.”

In the “All” section, you will find free, cash, and loyalty-based tournaments.

In the “Free” section, you will find free tournaments, which you can join without paying any entry fee.

In the “Cash” section, you will find cash tournaments, which require an entry fee for participation.

If you need more information about a tournament, click on “Details.”

Step 3: Select the tournament of your choice and click on the “Join” button. Participate in the tournament when it starts.

When the time for registration is over, the game starts automatically in a pop-up window on the screen. In case the game window does not pop up on your screen, click on the “Join Now” button in the “Tournament” section to join the game. It is recommended that you enable the pop-up window of Junglee Rummy to allow game pop-ups.

Each player gets a maximum of 30 seconds to make a move on his/her turn. Every extra second that you use will be deducted from the total time allocated to you. If you fail to act during your extra time, you will miss your turn and won’t be able to make your move.

The points system in rummy tournaments is as follows:

Card Value

→ All the face cards and the ace are worth 10 points each, and the number cards are worth points equal to their face values.

→ All the wild and printed jokers are worth zero points.

Winning Player's Points

→ A player wins by making a valid declaration first and gets 0 points.

Losing Player's Points

→ A losing player can get a maximum score of 80 points.

→ Losing players get points equal to the total points of the unmatched cards in their hand if they have formed a pure sequence.

→ A player who declares without completing the objective of the game or makes an invalid declaration gets 80 points.

→ If the losing player has not formed a pure sequence, then the points of all the cards of the player are added up.

Drop Points

→ If a player drops out of a game on their first turn without picking any card, he/she get a penalty of 20 points. It's called a first drop.

→ If a player drops out anytime after picking a card, he/she gets a penalty of 40 points. It's called a middle drop.

→ If a player misses three consecutive turns, he/she gets dropped out and he/she gets a penalty of 40 points. It is considered a middle drop.

Rummy chips are worth 1 point each in every rummy tournament. The winner gets all the chips at the end of the tournament.

Total Winnings = Sum of total points of all losing players X 1 tournament chip

For example if a player wins a game of six players, and five losing players lose by 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 points respectively, the winner will get 200 chips.

Each player is allocated a fixed number of chips at the beginning of each round in a rummy tournament, which is basically

80 X No. of players at the beginning of each round

The winner of a round gets a fresh allotment of chips to play in the next round.

Example: If 5 players have joined a tournament table, a total of 400 chips will be allocated to each player.

A rummy tournament starts with the allocation of a fixed number of chips to each participant. In each round, the players need to play a fixed number of games, and they are ranked according to the number of tournament chips they have at the table.

The player with the highest number of chips in hand at the end of a round becomes the winner and/or qualifies for the next round of a tournament. Also, the winner wins chips from losing players on the basis of their points.

In case of a tie, the player who won the last deal progresses to the next round. In case the last deal was also a tie, the player who won the deal before that progresses to the next round and so on the right to the first deal.
